Whale Tails Club is looking for someone to take the lead: an operator, entrepreneur, host or hostess. Someone who cooks, pours, welcomes, and sets their own course.
The café and restaurant are already in place. There’s also a lounge deck with a sea-view pool, and a padel court for those who like to stay active.

We’re looking for someone who understands that on Statia, menus sometimes follow the boat. Who can keep beer cold when the power’s out. Make good coffee, even when things go sideways. And turn a simple lunch into something special — no frills, just flavour.

No hectic kitchen. No thirty covers at once. But guests who linger, ask for “the same as yesterday,” and are curious about what happens to be on today’s menu.
